About

Coe Parker has more than seven years of real estate experience focusing on complex industrial, land, and development projects. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial brokerage team led by B. Kelley Parker III, SIOR and John F. Littman, SIOR.

Mr. Parker joined the Parker/Littman team in 2005. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate in the firm’s Client Services division where conducted research and market analysis. He also prepared property survey reports for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients.

Mr. Parker is a partner of the Parker/Littman brokerage team, a team which has been working together for the last 20 years.  The Parker/Littman team has consistently been one of the top producing industrial teams within C&W globally.  In the last nine years sales or leases were completed with a cumulative transaction value of $984,097,858.  Approximately 45% have been land sales during this 20-year period.  In 2017, 2018, and 2019 the Parker/Littman team represented clients in 112 transactions valued at $359,901,751. These transactions include 6,655,000 square feet of both warehousing and manufacturing space, and 3,537 acres of land.  Thirty-eight transactions in this three-year period involved space requirements of 90,000 square feet or greater.  The Parker/Littman team is regarded as on of the most experienced and productive in the Gulf Coast markets. 

Mr. Parker began his real estate career in Dallas while attending Southern Methodist University with Cushman & Wakefield as a summer intern where he gained valuable knowledge and work experience and was introduced into the real estate field. He previously worked for McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston & Mason + Co., where he interned with Todd Mason, one of the firm’s principal partners.
