About

Cole is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Fort Collins, Colorado office. Over his 7-year career in commercial real estate, he has closed more than 700 transactions totaling over $400 million across all property types, specializing in the lease and sale of retail, land, industrial, and office assets. He focuses on landlord representation, new development, and tenant/buyer representation throughout Northern Colorado and Wyoming.

Cole combines deep market knowledge with a problem-solving, client-first approach. He values strong client relationships and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals.

Cole graduated from the University of Wyoming with double majors in Finance and Economics. When he's not working, he enjoys skiing, running, and spending time with family and friends.
