About

Connor Wolfe is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group. He works directly under Steven Sperandio, primarily focused on financing assignments in & around the Tri-County region of the South Florida marketplace. 

Prior to joining Cushman, Mr. Wolfe originated and underwrote debt financings that included leadership roles at Apollo’s Petros Partners and Nuveen Green Capital, where one of his executions was recognized as BizJournal’s “2022 Deal of the Year”. Earlier on, Connor held roles with Marcus & Millichap and Cantor Fitzgerald, where he specialized in investment sales and credit underwriting, respectively. 

Connor holds a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and completed continued real estate education at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and outside of work, Connor is active with the Movember Foundation and AIPAC. Furthermore, Connor is a former NCAA and Israeli National Team lacrosse player, and enjoys golfing, fishing and skiing
