Craig is an Associate Broker with Los Angeles Retail Investment Advisors, led by Chris Maling and based in the Downtown Los Angeles o􀆯ice. He works in retail capital markets and retail investment sales, focusing on the sale and advisory of retail investment properties throughout Southern California. Working alongside an experienced team, Craig is actively involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, including market research, financial analysis and underwriting, valuation, property positioning, marketing execution, prospecting, and client communication. His finance and real estate background allows him to approach assignments with an analytical perspective while developing a strong understanding of the factors that drive retail investment decisions, including tenant credit, lease structure, market rents, occupancy trends, financing conditions, and investor return requirements.

Prior to joining the team, Craig gained commercial real estate brokerage experience with Voit Real Estate Services, where he supported business development, market research, prospecting, and property analysis. He also brings an entrepreneurial and sales background, having founded and operated an e-commerce business that reached $20,000 in peak monthly revenue and later worked in technical sales. These experiences strengthened his ability to identify opportunities, analyze business performance, communicate with clients, and develop relationships in competitive sales environments.

Craig is committed to building long-term relationships with owners, investors, and other market participants while continuing to develop his expertise in retail capital markets and investment sales. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
