Cruise Adams is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial “big box” team in the Inland Empire specializing in both agency leasing and occupier representation, acquisitions and dispositions, site identification and selection, negotiation, supply chain analysis, financial analysis, and new business development.

During his time with Cushman & Wakefield, Cruise has serviced many of the nation’s top corporate occupiers and institutional ownership groups. In addition to single tenant, box distribution centers, Cruise represents multiple institutionally owned, multi-tenant industrial parks throughout the Inland Empire dealing with small to middle cap occupier groups.
