With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Crystal has led leasing, acquisition, and disposition initiatives across multi-site portfolios. As a licensed real estate broker, she has managed complex transactions from strategy through closing, collaborating with brokers, landlords, legal counsel, ownership groups, and corporate stakeholders. Her expertise includes transaction management, portfolio optimization, lease negotiation, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Crystal holds an MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a concentration in Project Management. She is recognized for her collaborative approach, analytical mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service and successful transaction outcomes.
