Dan specializes in providing Real Estate services for both Landlord and Tenants in the Silicon Valley and the Peninsula. Dan understands the nuances of the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate market in Palo Alto and the surrounding areas. Dan began his career in 1996 with Cornish and Carey Commercial. Dan received the Rookie of the Year award for his accomplishments in 1997 and was consistently a part of the Top Performers Club during his career at Cornish and Carey. In January 2007, Dan joined Cushman & Wakefield’s (formerly DTZ/Cassidy Turley) Palo Alto office as an Executive Managing Director and has consistently been a part of the Top Performers at Cushman & Wakefield as well.
Dan's ability to anticipate potential issues and exceed his client's expectations has led to many long-term relationships with his clients. Most transactions in which Dan is involved include tremendous savings for his clients by negotiating creative deal structures such as rent abatement, phase-in occupancy, plug and play alternatives, or terminating existing obligations. Dan also provides financial and strategic planning, project management, space planning, and "turnkey" solutions for his clients.
