Dan Rodriguez joined Colorado Springs Commercial in 2022, and specializes in retail leasing, sales, development, and asset repositioning. He is a retail market leader, and works primarily with landlords, developers, and sellers.

Dan has been a retail specialist in Southern Colorado for more since 2007. He is a student of the industry and spends considerable time tracking industry trends and tendencies, and consequently, he frequently sees changes to the market and industry early. Dan and his team apply Cushman Wakefield’s industry-leading research, technology and tools to help clients make the most-informed decisions.
