Dana brings nearly three decades of institutional commercial real estate brokerage experience to her role as Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Division. A recognized top producer, she averages more than $200 million and 2 million square feet in annual transaction volume.

Dana advises both institutional office owners and sophisticated occupiers on complex leasing and portfolio assignments. Representing landlords, she leads complex advisory and leasing engagements focused on asset positioning, valuation, and execution across large, multi-property portfolios. On the occupier side, she directs complex tenant representation assignments involving portfolio strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, and long-term workplace planning.

With experience overseeing extensive corporate real estate and asset services portfolios, Dana brings a deeply analytical, process-driven approach to every assignment. Her clients rely on her market insight, negotiation expertise, and proven ability to execute complex strategies that drive long-term value across Utah’s office market.
