Daniel Burke is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He primarily focuses on the valuation of institutional office buildings in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and has appraisal experience with other commercial property types including retail, industrial, and hospitality assets. Mr. Burke’s other appraisal experience includes time with Colliers International, Newmark, Landauer Associates, Pinnacle Advisory Group, and Pannell Kerr Forster.
In addition to his appraisal background, Mr. Burke has extensive experience as a hotel asset manager, working for a variety of institutional owners, overseeing their lodging investments. Ownership groups included Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and developers active in the hospitality space.
