Dan Fuchs brings deep project and program management expertise—including in land development entitlements, and construction and development management—to hospitality, industrial, healthcare, retail, office, and other asset types and industry verticals.

Dan is a demonstrated leader who prioritizes relationships with clients, his project teams, and with state and local jurisdictions. He’s consistently earned trust through his diverse real estate expertise and the results he delivers. Dan has been involved in the development and re-development of more than 12 million square feet (sf) of assets with a value exceeding $4 billion in 30 years of work in the real estate, entitlement and construction spaces.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Dan was part of the entitlement's leadership team at Amazon and ran his own development and consulting business providing development, re-development and operations services. He’s served as Vice President of Development for several mid-sized to large real estate companies and was Vice President of Construction for Extended Stay America during the rollout of the hotel chain. Dan began his career as a construction litigator in Philadelphia, representing contractors and sureties.

One of Dan’s most significant construction and development experiences was his work at Spring House Innovation Park, including design, entitlements, and re-development of a formerly vacant, 130-acre research and development campus. Dan secured zoning and land development approvals and his team re-purposed 500,000 sf of buildings into modern laboratories, an educational facility, and Class A office space.
