Daniel Hampton is a Senior Associate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., Valuation & Advisory Group in Houston, Texas. Prior to becoming a Senior Associate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield in 2025, Mr. Hampton gained direct experience in commercial real estate valuation during his Summer 2025 internship with Cushman & Wakefield, where he assisted in the appraisal of large-scale commercial assets and land parcels for institutional clients. During this internship his responsibilities included performing highest and best use analyses, conducting site inspections, integrating historical financial data into valuation models, and collaborating with brokers in the Houston market to complete broker input interviews.

Mr. Hampton holds both a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning (2023) and a Master of Land and Property Development (2024) from Texas A&M University and is pursuing his Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
