About
Darryl Stephenson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, currently offering over 35 years of industrial real estate experience specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties. He is primarily a land use specialist and has collectively sold or leased thousands of acres throughout New Jersey and nearby states.
In addition to brokering land for warehouse development, several closed transactions have involved industrial waterfront properties such as petroleum and chemical plants, marine terminals, power plants, brownfield re-development sites, etc. Most recent client assignments include procuring locations for renewable energy clients, such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) projects, alternative energy battery storage and transmission, together with land acquisition for development of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plants.
Mr. Stephenson began his career in 1989 focusing on the Central and Northern New Jersey industrial markets specializing in land brokerage. Prior to beginning his real estate career Darryl was employed by PSE&G and New Jersey Steel Corporation.
