About

Dave is the Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, where he is responsible for the direction and leadership of the asset services staff. Dave comes to Cushman & Wakefield with strong roots in the commercial real estate sector having worked in Leasing, Asset Management and Property Management roles most recently providing Asset and Property Management leadership for a Charlotte, NC development company, Beacon Partners. Dave returned to the Minneapolis/St Paul market delivering service to our Cushman and Wakefield clients and leadership to our Asset Services team through his skills in strategic planning, building operations, project management, lease negotiation and team building. 

Dave has provided team leadership and client services in various roles and markets.  Dave has 30+ years of experience in property management roles in Minneapolis/St. Paul including Midwest Regional Manager for Piedmont Office Realty Trust, General Manager for Normandale Lake Office Park (United Properties/CW) and Senior Property Manager for Office, Industrial and Retail portfolios for various client owners. Dave also has experience in leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of properties.
