David Foster leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Solutions Transition Management Office for the Americas, an integrated part of C&W’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) platform. His primary function is to strategically coordinate and oversee the delivery of various C&W resources, including transaction management, portfolio administration, project management, facility management, and advisory services. David also assists with new business development, focusing on clients’ needs and resolutions. Joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, David Foster is a senior program management executive with more than 20 years’ experience as a dynamic problem solver with a passion for project management and developing new business. He has a diverse background in corporate real estate project and construction management, real estate transactions, account transition/start-up, project management technology, and team leadership in the private and public sectors.
