About
David M. Greenberg, Vice Chair for the Southeast Hospitality Investment Sales Team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2023, is responsible for national investment sales and advisory services in the hospitality industry. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, he brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including Senior Managing Director of Investments and Executive Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Hospitality Group, where he facilitated the sale of over 200 hotels nationwide. His career also includes a senior position at Sunburst Hospitality Corporation, where he managed numerous transactions.
With over 21 years in the hotel industry, Mr. Greenberg is a leading broker known for his expertise in acquisitions, development, and hotel finance. His broad experience allows him to guide clients, including private and public companies as well as financial institutions, through complex transactions, from identifying buyers to navigating due diligence. Recognized as a top hotel broker, he has earned multiple sales awards. Mr. Greenberg holds a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Maryland.
