David has been with Pyramid Brokerage Company for 12 years with direct responsibility for managing the Ithaca Office which includes Tompkins County and parts of 5 adjoining counties. Before joining Pyramid, David worked in a Commercial Leasing & Marketing capacity for an Ithaca Area real estate developer and operator of a diverse mix of retail, office, and multi-family properties. Prior to that David worked for 15 years for a regional bank where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for the Bank's retail branch network and marketing department, as well as spending 3+ years with a high-tech start-up.

David is a native of the Ithaca Area, a graduate of Cornell University and active in community/business organizations. Several of David’s more notable clients and customers have included: Macom Technologies, Suburban Propane, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wells Fargo Advisors, Subway, Express Employment Professionals, DiBella’s, AmeriPride Services, Rudra Hotel Management, BCA Group, Cold Stone Creamery and Marx Realty.
