David Leb serves as Vice President and leads the Investment Sales Division at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, David has successfully closed more than 400 transactions totaling over $400 million in total transaction volume. 

A multi-year CoStar Power Broker Award recipient and consistent top producer at CRESCO, David specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties across Northeast Ohio. His clients rely on his strategic, solutions-oriented approach and his sharp understanding of local market dynamics to help them navigate complex deals and achieve their investment goals. 

In 2017, David was honored as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business’ “Twenty in their 20s,” recognizing his early career achievements and impact in the industry.
