He has successfully represented property owners, occupiers, investors, and developers across both local and multi-market transactions. David is focused on positioning Cushman & Wakefield as the go-to team for large-scale industrial properties along the 5 Freeway corridor, particularly across Central Los Angeles and the Mid-Cities submarkets.

Originally from Agoura Hills, David graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive sports, snowboarding, and traveling—reflecting his discipline, sense of adventure, and entrepreneurial spirit
