Dawn Peterson is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate tax, financial strategy, risk management, human resources, and technology oversight. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has held leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Robert W. Baird, and Alverno college specializing in budgeting, forecasting, investment oversight, and financial reporting. She has also managed external partnerships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions, led HR and benefits administration, and overseen IT transitions and facilities management.

As President & CEO of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, Dawn provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the firm, overseeing all aspects of operations including finance, budgeting, human resources, and administrative functions. She drives organizational growth, fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensures operational excellence across staff & brokers alike. Under her leadership, the firm will continue to strengthen its market position while delivering exceptional service to clients and cultivating long-term value for stakeholders.

Dawn holds a Master of Science in Taxation, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is recognized for her strategic mindset, operational expertise, and collaborative leadership.
