Dayna serves in a national leadership role at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing the firm’s Industry Specialization Groups across the Americas. These groups bring together experienced professionals dedicated to the key sectors driving economic growth, delivering specialized insights and tailored solutions to occupier clients. In this role, Dayna is responsible for setting strategy, driving integrated solutions, and accelerating growth across the Occupier Advisory Services platform. She leads a multidisciplinary team that includes industry specialists, marketing professionals, research experts, economists, and financial and data analysts—ensuring clients benefit from a comprehensive, data-driven approach to real estate decision-making.

Previously, Dayna served as the Southeast Region Solutions Lead for Occupier Advisory Services, where she focused on platform-wide business development and client engagement. Her prior experience with Colliers and Newmark established a strong foundation in sales operations, regional leadership, and strategic advisory. Dayna brings deep expertise in aligning real estate strategies with broader business objectives, helping organizations optimize performance and navigate complex challenges.
