Dean Collins is a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Advisory Group. He is partnered with his brother, Mark, and the two of them specialize in corporate advisory services for office and industrial clients. They specifically focus on lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, development, headquarters and office transactions, logistics for distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. During the past four years, Dean has completed more than 500,000 SF of office transactions and more than 10 million square feet of industrial, for a total volume of more than $500 million.
