Decker Dickson recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Dickson’s primary market coverage includes Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and currently serves as the head of the South Carolina market. Mr. Dickson’s primary specialties include SBA appraisals and all commercial property types, including multi-family, mobile home parks, office/retail/industrial product and commercial land.

Mr. Dickson began his real estate professional career shortly after receiving a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Georgia State University as a landlord representative with Easlan Capital. He was responsible for office leasing at a Midtown Atlanta office building. In 1998, Mr. Dickson joined CBRE and served as a Vice President of Valuation & Advisory. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Dickson has finished in the Top 10% in Billings in an organization of over 600 professionals.
