Dillon is a junior broker on the Gill, Burns, Yoo brokerage team based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Los Angeles office. He focuses on the sale, leasing, and advisory of industrial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles, including owner-user acquisitions, development sites, adaptive reuse opportunities, and value-add and core investment assets. Working alongside a highly experienced team with deep roots in the Southern California industrial market, Dillon is actively involved in supporting every stage of the transaction lifecycle, from market research and underwriting to strategy development, marketing execution, and client communication.
