Mr. Riekse is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. At Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Riekse is the account manager for a fortune 500 company.  In addition, Mr. Riekse directs the marketing and disposition of land and redevelopment properties throughout the central region. 

Mr. Riekse led the disposition practice for financial services in the Midwest Region at Grubb & Ellis. In this role, Mr. Riekse, advised banks and financial institutions on challenged real estate assets. Mr. Riekse provided transaction services for several companies where he provided real estate solutions from our service platform.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Riekse was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he executed the acquisition and disposition of development assets with a combined value of $500 million.  Supervising an eight-member team, Dirk was responsible for the successful execution of client projects for Mitsui, General Motors, Xerox, Herman Miller, RIC, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and managed the relocation program and site search for William Wrigley’s Global Innovation Center.
