Don LeBuhn has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986 when he joined Cushman & Wakefield and was a member of a top producing team located in Midtown Manhattan. Since 2007, Don has been solely focused on retail investment sales in California. He has extensive experience in the disposition of retail investment properties for large institutions, private capital investors, and lenders across various regions including the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, the Central Valley, and Southern California, as well as properties in Florida, Nevada, and Arizona. His historical dispositions include power, neighborhood, and community shopping centers, along with NNN, urban, high street, automotive, and ground lease transactions.
