Mr. Wiltshire joined the Thalhimer Realty Partners team in September of 2005. His primary responsibility is identifying acquisition opportunities in new and existing markets. Mr. Wiltshire has a background in mergers and acquisitions of middle market companies with transaction values ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

Prior to TRP, Mr. Wiltshire worked for Ewing Bemiss & Co., an independent, privately held investment banking firm that provides a broad range of investment banking services including sales and divestitures, acquisition advisory, private placements and other financial advisory services. While at Ewing Bemiss he was involved in a wide variety of transactions including buy side and sell side advisory services, as well as private placement services of both equity and debt. During his two years at Ewing Bemiss Mr. Wiltshire was directly involved in the closing of four transactions with a combined transaction value of over $60 million.
