Easton Ricks is a Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield handling research for the Orlando and Jacksonville offices. In this position, Mr. Ricks is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing market data and trends for office and industrial assets, aiding Cushman & Wakefield in delivering client services and fostering business development. He supports brokerage teams through the collection of market data, interpretation of statistics, client support, forecasting trends, thought leadership publications, presentations, and quarterly reporting.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Ricks attended university while concurrently working for a boutique brokerage firm assisting clients with financial and market research pertaining to the purchase, sale, and development of net lease assets in the Sunbelt region. Mr. Ricks holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
