About

Eric Donaldson is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advises clients on both local and national real estate strategies. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, space acquisitions, financial analysis, facility planning, and negotiations—ranging from new leases and acquisitions to subleasing and property sales. He plays a key role in long-term strategy development, helping clients align their real estate needs with broader organizational goals. His national presence enables him to offer a unique perspective to occupiers with complex and evolving real estate requirements.

Outside of his commercial real estate career, Eric served with distinction in the Army National Guard. With over nine years of service including one combat deployment he completed his service as the rank of Captain and as a Company Commander, demonstrating leadership and dedication in high-pressure environments.

Eric is especially proud of his family; his wife of nine years and their three children who continue to inspire and ground him in every aspect of life.
