Eric R. Stucky, MAI joined the Reno, Nevada office of Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc. in 2023 as an Executive Director in the Valuation & Advisory group, focusing on self-storage and multifamily valuation and consulting assignments. Since joining, Mr. Stucky has been promoted to the Market Lead of the Pacific Northwest Region, which includes the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.

Mr. Stucky has been a licensed appraiser for nearly 30 years with the last 25 years at CBRE, Inc. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Stucky worked both as an appraiser and a market leader. His most recent position was as Senior Managing Director of the Pacific Southwest region which encompassed Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Prior to that position, Mr. Stucky served as Managing Director of CBRE’s Los Angeles valuation office. While leading the Los Angeles office, Mr. Stucky was awarded the President’s Performance Award recognizing professionals who have distinguished themselves through financial excellence. Prior to his leadership roles, Mr. Stucky managed the Los Angeles multifamily valuation team and as such, has extensive knowledge in Class A, institutional-quality multifamily assets.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Stucky worked for Charles R. Wilson & Associates as a Senior Appraiser. Charles R. Wilson & Associates specialized in the valuation of self-storage facilities throughout the United States. During this time, Mr. Stucky was a Senior Appraiser working primarily in California, but also performed appraisals in other western states.
