Erik Riekenberg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 specializing in industrial commercial real estate tenant representation and agency leasing working alongside Amanda Eastwick. As a native to Northern Nevada, he brings local knowledge and a fresh perspective for clients with a focus on strategy, site selection, marketing, prospecting and negotiating. Erik’s adaptability, strategic thinking, and innovative mindset position him well in this dynamic field. He is on the Governmental Affairs committee with NAIOP and pursuing his CCIM designation.

Erik has a degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in electrical engineering and brings a wealth of experience to commercial real estate. He has 15 years in the corporate world with Intuit and over 20 years of running his own successful business, Epik Weddings.

Brought in as the local lead, I coordinated due diligence, pricing strategy, targeted marketing, and multi-party negotiations—closing the deal in near-record time despite holiday constraints and limited lease term.
