Erin Nicholson joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Property Manager in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Nicholson has extensive experience managing institutionally owned Class A office and industrial buildings and over $20 Million of capital improvement and tenant construction renovations. Additionally, expertise include preparing operating budgets, cash management, tenant reconciliations, monthly investor reports, A/P and A/R management, negotiation/administration of service contracts, lease administration and reviews, sustaining client relations and providing various value add asset management services.
Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Nicholson was an Assistant Vice President and Property Manager at Transwestern Commercial Services. Erin joined Transwestern in 1999, as a Regional Administrative Assistant and was promoted several times into the role of Assistant Vice President and Property Manager. Erin was responsible for oversight of eight engineering and building management staff team members.

While at Transwestern, Ms. Nicholson was the recipient of the 2005 Property Manager of the Year Award.

Ms. Nicholson holds a BA from Virginia Tech. She is also a licensed real estate sales person in Virginia. Currently, she is working towards the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
