As of 2018, Erin Salway is back with Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Brokerage Specialist for the Minneapolis Multifamily Advisory Group. Erin is responsible for marketing, client relations, and supporting the sale of multifamily investment properties through the Minneapolis office. Erin serves as the liaison between clients and the team with regard to due diligence, meetings, events, and property tours. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the due diligence and marketing process from the beginning of the listing through the close of escrow both in hard copy form and digitally.

Before rejoining Cushman, Erin was Director for the San Diego Investment Sales team at Berkadia, responsible for marketing and client relations of multifamily properties throughout Southern California. In addition, Erin was a founding member of the Berkadia Young Leaders Group.

Prior to joining Berkadia in October 2015, Erin was with Cushman and Wakefield in San Diego for 5 years where she served as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator for the Multifamily Investment Sales Team as well as head of Cushman and Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) for the San Diego chapter and served on the local Cushman and Wakefield Leadership Council.

Erin received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in French from the University of San Diego.
