Ethan Silverstein is Vice Chairman within the brokerage services group at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He has represented some of New York City’s largest and most prestigious tenants and landlords. His total transaction volume has exceeded over 20 million square feet of leasing. He has completed transactions across multiple product types including: office, retail and industrial real estate. He was awarded the distinction of “30 under 30” by the Commercial Observer and Cushman & Wakefield’s Vincent J. Peters award. Professional affiliations include: Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association member and Board Member at the Northside Center for Child Development. Ethan graduated from Brown University.
