M. Evans Howell is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Howell is an established professional in the real estate due diligence field with over 29 years of experience. His extensive experience includes managing numerous due diligence projects and portfolios for national clients, including investors, equity funds, insurers, CMBS, HUD, and Fannie/Freddie lenders. His knowledge of environmental and engineering due diligence relative to real estate transactions is a significant asset to Cushman & Wakefield’s clients.

He was formerly in charge of business development and overall management of technical operations throughout the entire central United States, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. Mr. Howell’s specific expertise includes:
