Frank Anastasio is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group. He works directly under Steven Sperandio, primarily focused on financing assignments in & around the Tri-County region of South Florida marketplace.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Frank served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army, where throughout his military career, he earned multiple leadership positions given his acumen in strategic planning and high-pressure decision-making skills. He commissioned through the Officer Candidate School, serving as Class President, and was later selected to train at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as part of a diplomatic mission to strengthen relations between the United States Army and the British Army.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Monmouth University, where he played football and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also earned a Master of Science in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, as well as his MBA in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Miami. During his MBA, Frank’s internship was at Guggenheim Securities in Manhattan, where he worked on their Fixed Income Sales & Trading desk and participated in the prestigious Veterans Transition Assistance Program (VTAP). Frank is an amateur golfer that actively competes at a high-level, with a near-scratch handicap.
