Frank DiTommaso is Executive Managing Director of the Northeast Region within C&W’s Retail Advisory Group overseeing the underwriting and marketing of investment properties across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Frank specializes in corporate advisory, redevelopment, and investment sales in office, medical-office, and retail sectors, with $15 billion in property sales.

Frank embraces a client-centric approach that extends beyond traditional real estate services. He strives to fully understand his clients' objectives and cultivates enduring, trusting relationships with them. Frank has played a significant role in numerous major corporate dispositions for clients such as Unilever, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Pfizer, Roche, Avon, Sanofi-Aventis and Bayer. Frank’s involvement in the industry has seen him contribute to over $30 billion in investment sales.
