Garrett's focus is on the private buyer market, and he specializes in commercial financing; more specifically Industrial, Retail and Office. He has successfully helped client’s source over $500M in debt & equity. Garrett joined C&W after spending more than five years at CBRE’s Capital Markets Division in Phoenix where he effectively worked nationwide providing debt needs to his clients. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Arizona.
