In his fourteen-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield (previously Cassidy Turley), Gary has successfully participated in more than $1B worth of transactions. He specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for Office, Industrial, and R&D/Life Science product categories. For all five years of eligibility Gary was a member of the “Top 10 Under 5” at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Northern California – a recognition to up-and-coming members of the company. Additionally, Gary was recognized as a member of Cassidy Turley’s “Rising Stars” – awarded to the top 24 young brokers nationwide in his rookie year.
