Graham Stoneburner, SIOR is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and currently leads the Richmond Industrial Brokerage Team. He works with landlords, developers, and tenants, both locally and nationally. Graham provides customers with rewarding lease and sale negotiations through his in-depth analytic approach to the market and superior customer service. 

Graham is fortunate to have been part of several projects that have been extremely impactful to Richmond and the surrounding region, creating new job opportunities, increasing revenue, and having an overall positive impact on the community.

Graham has earned the SIOR designation. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® is the leading society for industrial and office real estate professionals. Individuals who earn their SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR designation.

Prior to joining Thalhimer, Graham played six seasons for the New York Yankees.
