Grant Arthur's focus is industrial brokerage representation throughout the Inland Empire working alongside both the Belden and Lombardo "big box" teams on behalf of institutional ownership groups and corporate occupiers. Grant uses a valuation and financial analysis background to assist clients in complex lease negotiations while focusing on new business development with local and regional occupiers.

Before beginning at Cushman & Wakefield, Grant spent three years as a commercial appraiser completing in-depth valuation assignments on a variety of asset types, including industrial and special use properties, on behalf of regional lending institutions and high-networth estate planners.

Grant is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California. He also holds a B.S. from California State University - Los Angeles and an M.BA. from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University.
