Grant La Spada is a commercial real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in advising companies across the technology, media, professional services, consumer brands, and advanced manufacturing sectors. He partners with tenants, owners, and investors to develop strategic real estate solutions that align with each client’s business objectives, delivering thoughtful guidance through complex leasing and investment transactions.

Over the course of his career, Grant has completed more than 10 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions. His client-first approach and deep understanding of the commercial real estate market have earned the trust of organizations ranging from high-growth companies to global brands, including Sony, LegalZoom, and NBCUniversal. In recognition of his performance and impact, he received Cushman & Wakefield’s Rising Star Award in 2024.

A Los Angeles native, Grant brings extensive local market knowledge along with a strong network of business relationships throughout Southern California. He is committed to helping companies make informed real estate decisions that support their long-term growth and success.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and their son. He is an avid golfer and a passionate supporter of Los Angeles sports teams.
