Gwen Dominguez has been in the brokerage industry for eleven years and joined Cushman & Wakefield back in 2017. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gwen was with CBRE, Inc. for four years and entered the industry through their prestigious Wheel Program, gaining experience in Global Corporate Services, Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Workplace Strategy, and Landlord Representation. She was one of four candidates selected for this program out of 250+ applicants back in 2012. She has a proven track record for providing real estate transaction management, development advisory, strategic planning and real estate solutions to companies throughout Washington DC, Montgomery County as well as national clients. Throughout her career, Gwen has completed over 450+ lease and sale transactions totaling over 4M square feet in total consideration.
