Hayes McWilliams is a Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Division in Middle Tennessee. Hayes is a Nashville native and has over 9 years of experience working with the country’s largest institutional developers and occupiers. In previous roles, he has been instrumental in developing an outstanding reputation across the greater Nashville market and East Coast where over the past 4 years he has completed more than 7.5 million square feet of industrial leasing and acquisition deals.
