About
Heather Brown is Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield and is responsible for the origination, underwriting, negotiation and execution of debt and structured finance needs for clients. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets and led the Boston Debt and Structured Finance Team.
Heather has transacted more than $10 billion in total structured finance transactions across all property types including office, industrial, residential and retail with a specialty in life science. Heather was a member of the CBRE Capital Markets Advisory Board assisting in the development and implementation of client and organizational strategy for the firm. She also served on the Executive Broker Council for the CBRE Life Science Practice.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Heather was an Executive Vice President on the JLL Capital Markets team for 5 years. Prior to her commercial real estate advisory career, Heather spent 14 years with GE Real Estate in New York City with roles in debt origination and asset management. In these roles Heather had responsibility for originating and structuring complex debt transactions for the balance sheet and transacted on $3 billion in total deal volume.
