Holly Akins is a Project Management Director for the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Akins manages large complex corporate projects and focuses on customizing the Cushman & Wakefield project management process to meet client needs. She is experienced in planning client strategy, managing the delivery process, budget tracking and developing strong teams to successfully deliver our client projects.

Since joining the Cushman & Wakefield team in 2012, Ms. Akins has successfully completed Carter's 292,000 SF corporate headquarters project, located in the Phipps Tower building in Buckhead and IHG's 488,000 SF renovation and restack project at Three Ravinia in Dunwoody. Most recently, Ms. Akins completed Insight Global's 210,000 SF project at Twelve 24 in Dunwoody.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Akins worked for 15 years at Carter & Associates on several corporate projects and was a lead project manager in the AT&T Metro Atlanta Plan, a project coordinating the consolidation of multiple sites and assets including 20 buildings, 6,500 employees, and 750,000 square feet.
