Holly joined Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company in 2008 as the Commercial Property Manager and Marketing Director for Regency Court Mall where she was responsible for all property related operations, advertising and tenant relations. In 2011, Holly was promoted to Director of Retail Services for C&W | Lund’s brokerage division. Holly oversees C&W | Lund’s retail consulting services, inclusive of landlord and tenant representation. Holly’s experience includes 10 years in the advertising and marketing arena. Previously, Holly worked with the Omaha World-Herald and Turnpost Creative Group.

A graduate of Iowa State University, Holly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Liberal Studies. Holly is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and has been a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce since 2001, also serving on the Chamber’s TAG Retail Board. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Group), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and Xceligent’s Retail Advisory Board.
