Howard Cross is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office, where he works closely with Chairman of Global Brokerage, Bruce Mosler. As a brokerage professional with over fifteen years of experience, Howard is committed exclusively to tenant representation and is a licensed broker in New York and New Jersey. His clients include advertising, banking, insurance and logistics companies.
Previously, Howard served as an Executive Managing Director at JRT Realty Group, Inc., where he helped to address industry-wide supplier diversity initiatives. Prior to joining JRT, Howard was a Principal at Cresa New York, and was previously a Senior Managing Director at Colliers International.
Prior to joining the world of commercial real estate, Howard spent 13 years in the NFL. He played his entire career with the New York Giants and was a major contributor in the Superbowl XXV championship. Ten seasons later, he returned to play in Superbowl XXXV when the Giants fell to the Baltimore Ravens.
Howard is an accomplished public and motivational speaker. Utilizing skills in broadcast journalism, he is also a contributing sports analyst on NBC Sports and FOX, and a sideline reporter on NY Giants Radio.

Education
Howard played football for four years at the University of Alabama, where he learned the true value of teamwork and giving back to the community. He received his bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.Community Involvement
An active member of the community, Howard is dedicated to giving back through team building and fundraising efforts, championing for charities such as Autism Speaks, Children’s Miracle Network, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the United Way, and The Valerie Fund. He also frequently visits schools and camps for kids.Assignments

His notable transactions include the 48,000 square foot lease at 1211 Avenue of the Americas for Annaly Capital, 30,000 sf at 623 Fifth Avenue on behalf of Bank United, and the 40,000 square foot lease for Tzell Travel in Midtown Manhattan. Additionally, Howard has completed multiple large-scale transactions in New Jersey and New York City’s outerboroughs including a 500,000+ square foot lease for Breakthru Beverages and multiple storefront locations for Citibank.
