About
Hunter Moss is a Director in the New York Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he advises clients on the valuation and disposition of commercial real estate throughout New York City. Having built his career advising owners in one of the world's most competitive investment markets, Hunter now also serves clients with geographically diverse portfolios, leading valuation, disposition and strategic advisory assignments across the United States. His experience spans all major asset classes, including office, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, land, development, commercial condominium, parking, air rights and townhouse transactions.
Since beginning his career with Massey Knakal in 2013, which was subsequently acquired by Cushman & Wakefield, Hunter has completed transactions totaling more than $1,300,000,000 of commercial real estate. As many of his longstanding New York City clients have expanded their real estate holdings nationally, Hunter has advised on the valuation and disposition strategy of an additional $250,000,000 of commercial real estate across more than 15 states, including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, mixed-use and parking assets. His client base includes institutional investors, lenders, CMBS and special servicers, private equity firms, family offices and private owners, for whom he has particular experience advising on complex dispositions, institutional assignments and geographically diverse portfolios requiring thoughtful execution and strategic coordination.
Notable assignments include the $147,000,000 sale of 144 residential condominium units at The Corinthian in Manhattan; the disposition of 401 South State Street, a 500,000-square-foot distressed office property in Chicago on behalf of institutional ownership; the $52,000,000 sale of 10 East 34th Street; the $50,000,000 sale of 281 Park Avenue South; and the $30,000,000 sale of five contiguous multifamily buildings on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
