About

Ivanna is a Senior Associate specializing in industrial real estate at Cushman and Wakefield. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2017 as a marketing coordinator and joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2021. Since then, Ivanna has developed extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in the market. She is also responsible for collaborating with her team to ensure clients receive the highest level of expertise.

Ivanna works alongside Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial team, alongside Vice Chairman Wayne Ramoski, Managing Directors Skylar Stein, Andrew Fernandez, and Nicolas Palazzo, as well as brokerage specialist Christina Irazabal.

As an active participant in the South Florida business community, Ivanna is involved in CREW, CIASF, and NAIOP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Florida State University.
